What is Vault Digi?
Vault Digi is a secure digital vault for your important documents — ITR, GST, PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements and more. Keep everything organised in one place and share it with your Business Associate in a tap.
Who can see my documents?
Access is controlled by your login. You decide which advisors (Business Associates) are linked to your account, and only linked advisors can work with your documents. Your connection to Vault Digi is encrypted with HTTPS.
Is there an iPhone app?
Vault Digi works on iPhone as an installable web app. Open vaultdigi.in/client/login in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen” — it opens full-screen with its own icon, just like an app, and always stays up to date.
How do I install the Android app?
Tap “Download Android app” on this page and open the file. If Android asks, allow “Install unknown apps” for your browser once. The app then updates itself automatically — no need to download it again.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG and HEIC files up to 10 MB each. You can organise them by document type and financial year, or into your own folders and sub-folders.
Can my family use it too?
Yes. Individual plans let you add family members under one account so everyone’s documents stay organised in one place. The number of members depends on the plan you choose.
I am a Business Associate. Can I onboard my clients?
Absolutely. Business plans give you a client portal with your own name and logo, tools to add clients, upload documents on their behalf and receive their uploads with instant notifications.
